US Defense Expansion in Guam – A Mirror for Future NT Business Opportunities

A joint NT industry/government business mission heads off today to visit Guam to explore the business opportunities that can flow from part of the projected $5billion defence related expenditure likely to occur in our Region over the next decade.

Led by the Chamber of Commerce NT, the delegation will explore how businesses in Guam have successfully secured work supporting the US Defence build up in Micronesia’s largest island – and how we can utilise this knowledge to help local NT businesses secure work with US Defence growth here.
